(Dayton, OH) -- A report from the Ohio Department of Health is showing just over 1,000 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday.

Public Health officials found 1,076 confirmed coronavirus cases yesterday, a drop of just over 900 cases seen on Saturday. The ODH showed 27 patients admitted to hospitals across Ohio, with none needing to be placed in the ICU. 

Sunday's case numbers were the lowest reported since March 22nd, and all three categories fell below the state's 21-day average.
