Unofficial Special Election Results Show Upper Arlington Approving Community Center


(Columbus, OH) -- Upper Arlington is getting a new community center following the results of a special election on Monday. 

Unofficial results released last night showed the issue of building a new community center in Upper Arlington passing with around 79% of the vote. Other issues up for a vote in Franklin County included a levy for the Franklin Township Police, which was defeated 66% to 33%, and a levy for the Mifflin Township Police that passed with 53%.

A bond issue for Pickerington Local Schools was also defeated with 61% of the vote.
